I'm officially a Yo-Yo dieter. Got on the scale this morning and I'm back up to 176.5, so I've gained 0.8 pounds back! How can this be?!? Pei Wei maybe?

  1. It's just water weight! Don't weigh yourself...you should keep track of inches lost. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat...
