Make the mail slower...that's the way to fix problem! Great job, Postmater General. Seriously, making the problem worse and slower is no way to fix the USPS.  I just heard the evening news announce that the United States Postal Service was planning to scale back its delivery services as a cost containment strategy.  I'm sorry, but the decision maker whomever he/she is needs to go back to business school as related to this decision.  Taking a bad service and making it worse is not the way that I (or any competent person) would have handled this.
